Cabbage
- prepare ½ napa cabbage

- Cut ½ head of napa cabbage in half

- Steam in a steamer for 5–7 minutes

- Cut into 4–5 pieces

Make the Sauce
- Finely chopped red bell pepper.

- Finely chopped green chili.

- Finely chopped spring onion

- Mix everything together:1 tbsp minced garlic1 tsp salt2 tbsp sugar2 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp cooking wine (mirin)2 tbsp vinegar1 tbsp oyster sauce1 tbsp chili oil2 tbsp waterA pinch of black pepper

Let's plating
- Place cabbage on a plate and Spoon the sauce over the top

- Done.
